Today I:
Checked the balance on my checking account.
Posted to my blog.
Found a sweater I liked that had been reduced by
50%. Am still thinking about purchasing
it.
Tried to find metal plates that would fit around the
exterior pipes behind my new pedestal sink.
Too complicated.
Scanned and sent a PDF to my accountant authorizing
my signature on my tax return that will be processed electronically.
Emailed my mom about our dinner plans for this
weekend.
Found a bathrobe that M wants to buy for a lower
price than she saw in the store.
Listened to Spotify.
Made and ordered new Moo personalized cards.
Paid my electric bill.
Downloaded Pink’s song Just Give Me A Reason (well, I would have if I could have found
it).
Checked the spelling on the word cappuccino.
Bought a ticket for a new play, The City of Conversation.
Learned the difference between the Internet and the
Worldwide Web.
Looked at menus for two restaurants I was asked to
choose between for an upcoming dinner.
Found the phone number for ABC Customer Service.
Watched a YouTube video of a segment I missed on The Today Show and wanted to see.
Found two open houses in my neighborhood to see today.
Read more about the mystery of that missing jetliner
that still has not been found.
Checked the weather for the next few days.
Renewed the library book I am reading, The Ascendant by Drew Chapman.
Cancelled next week’s delivery from Poland Springs.
All this and more without
leaving my desk.
Happy 25th birthday
World Wide Web. It's impossible to imagine life without you.
