I wash my hair and
let it go. No styling would be worth it
today. It’s an on and off again rainy,
humid day.
I am returning from
taking Alexander’s backpack to be repaired at a place everyone should know
about called Modern Leather Goods (http://modernleathergoods.com). They are miracle workers.
I return home around
five and Alexander comments, “Hey, your hair looks really horrible.” He never notices one way or the other so I
know it must be scary-looking.
I’m getting the
keratin treatment in a couple of weeks; that’s my excuse.
Alexander’s overgrown
hair is a result of his wanting to wait until right before he leaves for
California before getting it cut. That way, I’ll pay for the haircut
here and he’ll get the next one when he’s home in late August. In other words, he’ll skip having to get a
haircut without my credit card.
In the meantime, our
manes are comical. Mine more than his.
