I cut a recipe
out of People Magazine for an easy to make shrimp dish. There are several reasons I do this:
Alexander and I both like shrimp
It’s low in fat and calories
I have shrimp in the house, having
recently bought a bag of colossal-sized frozen shrimp from Costco
I have all the ingredients needed
already in the house
Prep is easy, and cooking time is only
10 minutes.
Basically, here’s
all you do:
Place uncooked shrimp in an oven-proof
pan.
Add chopped garlic, lemon, olive oil,
cut up tomatoes, fresh parsley, and a few red pepper flakes.
Cook for 10 minutes, and serve.
