fast, cheap and good

Almost always I eat fresh foods.  But every once in a while, if I’m (a) not that hungry, (b) in a rush, or (c) feeling fat, I’ll grab a frozen dinner from my fridge.  I recently discovered Healthy Choice.  I was surprised at how good their meals are and how few calories are in them (about 200-300).  Yes, the sodium levels are high, and I definitely would not make a steady diet of them, but for $3.79 (probably less if you shop outside NYC), it’s not a bad meal.  Especially if you add some vegetables or a salad on the side.  These are my favorites:

Also falling under the category of fast, cheap, and good are my little moo cards (http://us.moo.com).  They were quick to create, cost $20 for 50, and look great.  I don’t bother with my address, as it seems irrelevant. I use these cards a lot more than I thought I would.  And, I frequently get comments on their cuteness.

So I am thinking, is there anything else that qualifies under this category?  There’s the Bolt Bus (which I love) but not the Cornell Bus (that is only fast and good).  I try to think of more and can’t.  This is definitely a category with few members.  But the members that exist are worth noting.
